Ken has over 30 years of experience working in global institutional financial markets and small cap Canadian listed companies. Ken acted as the Global Head of Securities of Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Liquidnet Canada, Inc. from March 2008 to Sept 2009. His financial industry experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ITG Canada Corp., Deputy Chair and Head of Global Equities of TD Securities, and a member of the Executive Committee of ITG Inc. Ken is the former Executive Vice-President of E*TRADE Capital Markets where he was responsible for global institutional business, Chief Executive Officer of E*TRADE Canada, and Executive Vice-President of E*TRADE Capital Markets. From May 2010 to October 2013, Ken was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Portage Minerals Inc. (until November 2011 Rockport Mining Corp.). Following the sale of Portage to Tri-Star Resources PLC, Mr Hight served as President of Tri-Star Resources Canada Inc. and was a Board Member a Director of Tri-Star Resources PLC.
