Steve has over 30 years experience in senior management. Currently he provides consulting services through Crabco Inc. and is consulting and advising on five projects including a manufacturing plant start up, a new product line addition, and three new business ventures. Steve’s consulting has specialized in manufacturing and distribution of value added products; from the concept to market. Prior to his starting Crabco Inc. in November 2012, Steve was President and Chief Executive Officer of SWP Industries Inc. from September 1995 until October 2012. While at SWP Industries, he led the activities of a multi-plant manufacturer and distribution company. Steve expanded the market for SWP Industries through professional dealers, big box retailers and on-line retailers. From 1985 to when he joined SWP Industries, Steve was the Vice President/General Manager for St. Stephen Fence Co. where he restructured and modernized a multi-plant value added wood products company.
